Workplace workshops vary from half-day workshops, to whole-day workshops to two day retreats. Participants will learn simple Asanas (physical exercises) along with Pranayamas (breathing teachniques) and Dhyana (meditation techniques) designed to reduce stress.
One of the important components of the workplace workshop is the training of S.M.E.T. (Self Management of Excessive Tension), a 45 min practice that reduces stress significantly.
Participants also learn the principles of Karma Yoga (read more at WHAT IS YOGA) for the application in their day-to-day functioning.
